  1. What is the single most important value you hold sacred in relation to your business?
  2. What is the one thing above all that makes your business special versus your competitors?
  3. What are your unique WOWs?
  4. Who are your competitors?
  5. How would you describe your business or concept to a stranger?
  6. What does your brand stand for? (Think about brands you love and what they stand for in your mind.)
  7. Who are your target customers? Are they coming more or less often than a year ago?
  8. How do you know if your customers are loyal?
  9. Is your management turnover higher than the industry average?
  10. What do you see as your biggest threats in the future? Will they be coming from outside or from within your business?
